The Deals page shows your CRM's pipelines and deals in Curvo, with the meetings linked to each deal and the analysis built from those meetings. Open it from Deals in the left sidebar.
What you need first
Deals needs a connected CRM. Until your company connects one, the page shows Connect your CRM. Owners and View-only Owners get an Open Integration Settings button. Everyone else is asked to speak to their company administrator. See Connect your CRM and control what Curvo writes.
What appears here
You see the deals Curvo has synced from your CRM, in the pipelines your company chose under Visible pipelines in Settings > Company > CRM. All pipelines are included unless an Owner narrows the list. To browse the others, use Show hidden pipelines in the pipeline picker.
The sync status at the top right names your CRM and the last sync. Owners and View-only Owners can select it to start a sync.
Board and table views
Switch views with Board and Table at the top right.
View | What it shows and what you can do |
|---|---|
Board | One column per stage. Each card shows the company, meeting count, framework score, value, latest activity, next call and owner. Drag a card to another stage. |
Table | One row per deal, with Deal, Stage, Value, Framework score, Engagement, Next call, Close date and Framework. Sort by selecting a column heading. |
Dragging a card changes the stage in your CRM as well as in Curvo. You need an Owner or User seat to do this, and some CRMs connected through Merge.dev don't accept stage changes. Dragging isn't available on a phone, and the table appears as a list of cards there.
All Deals, In Progress, Closed Won and Closed Lost above the view give the value and number of deals in each group.
Find the deals you want
My Deals or All Deals sets whose deals you see. Curvo remembers your choice in that browser.
The pipeline picker switches pipeline. Star the ones you use most.
The search box takes a deal name or a description of what you want, such as "Only show deals in sales pipeline". Curvo turns a description into filters.
The filter menu has these options:
Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
Pipeline, Stage, Owner | Limit the view to one of each. |
Region | Shows one region. It appears only when your deals have region data. |
Hide Stages (Hide deals in the table) | Hides stages on the board. Duplicate deals keeps the copy with the latest activity. |
Health | Low is a framework score of 33% or less, Medium is above 33% up to 66%, and High is above 66%. |
Analyzed Deals | Shows only deals Curvo has analysed. |
Created Date, Close Date | Limit by date. In the table, Close date has its own button. |
The table also has a Forecast button for leaving closed-lost deals and non-forecast stages out of the current view.
Link a meeting to a deal
Curvo tries to link meetings to deals automatically after each meeting. Owners control how sure it must be under Deal matching in Settings > Company > CRM. When Curvo can't decide, the meeting is flagged for its owner: a dot appears on the deal control, and the count on Meetings in the sidebar goes up.
To link a meeting yourself, or change the link:
Find the meeting on the Meetings page, or open it.
Select Select deal on the Meetings page, or Attach a deal on the meeting page or a phone. If a deal is already linked, select its name to change it.
Search for the deal. On a flagged meeting, Curvo's suggestions are at the top of the list.
Select the deal. To unlink it, choose Remove deal.
Linking a meeting to a deal sets the meeting to Shared. See Who can see a meeting for who can then see it.
If your search finds nothing, Owners and View-only Owners on HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM can choose Create deal to create it in the CRM.
The deal page
Select a deal to open it. The page has four tabs: Overview, Stakeholders, Meetings and Ask Curvo.
Overview contains:
Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
Amount, Close date, Deal Stage, Last activity | The deal's key facts. Select any of the first three to edit it. Curvo writes the change to your CRM first, and needs an Owner or User seat. |
Deal summary | A summary of the deal so far, with Regenerate to rebuild it. Some suggested actions appear here as buttons. |
Deal Qualification Health | How the deal scores against your sales framework. |
Activity | CRM activity, filtered by All, From them, From us or Internal. |
Meetings | Upcoming and past meetings. View meetings opens the tab. |
Stakeholders | Their Side and Our side, with View all for the full list. |
Deal health | A health score with measures such as Single-thread risk, Engagement trend and Days since contact. Hover over the information icon to see how the score was worked out. |
CRM details | Deal owner, Pipeline, Deal value and Close date. |
Next best actions | Suggested actions backed by evidence from your meetings. Tick one off when it's done. |
HubSpot deals also get an Open in HubSpot link at the top of the page.
The Stakeholders tab shows the people on the deal as a Canvas or a Table. The Meetings tab lists Upcoming & in progress and Past meetings. Ask Curvo answers questions about this deal: see Ask Curvo.
