The Meetings page

Updated by Rory

The Meetings page lists your scheduled and recorded calls. Use it to choose how Curvo joins a call, add a recording or transcript, and link a meeting to a deal. Open it from Meetings in the left sidebar.

Views

Tab

What it shows

Meetings

Up to three upcoming meetings, then your recorded past meetings. View all opens the full list.

Upcoming

Scheduled meetings, soonest first, grouped by date.

Past

Past meetings, newest first, grouped by date. Recorded only is on by default.

Calendar

Meetings on a calendar. Selecting one opens its settings. Filters are not available on this tab.

My meetings shows meetings you own or were invited to. All meetings shows every meeting your role lets you see, as explained in Who can see a meeting. Curvo remembers your choice in that browser.

To narrow the list, select Filters, then use Date Range, Deal, Tags, People, Recurring Only or Imported only. Clear All removes them.

Choose how Curvo joins a meeting

Mode

What happens

Off

Curvo will not join.

Notetaker

Curvo joins and records.

Realtime AI

Curvo joins, records, and opens the live companion. Available on selected workspaces.

Change the mode on a card in the Meetings tab, or in the dropdown on a row in the Upcoming tab. The notetaker joins 3 minutes before the start, and the host may need to admit it.

The control is locked in two cases:

  • You are not the meeting's organiser.

  • The notetaker is already in the call. You can change capture again once it leaves.

View-only seats cannot turn capture on. For the rules your company can set, see Set your company's recording policy.

What status messages mean

Message

What it means and what to do

Scheduled

The meeting has not started. Nothing to do.

Transcribing, Queued, Analysing

Curvo is processing the meeting. On a phone this shows as Processing. Wait, and Curvo updates the row.

Retrying

Curvo is trying a processing step again. Wait.

Curvo not admitted

The notetaker waited to join but nobody admitted it, so there is no recording or transcript. Ask the host to admit it, or change the meeting settings so it can join without waiting.

Meeting link not found

The notetaker could not find a meeting at the link. Check the link is valid and points to an active meeting.

Recording not permitted

The host did not allow the notetaker to record. Ask the host to allow it when it joins.

Recording too short

The recording lasted 30 seconds or less. If you have a full recording, add it with Upload.

Failed processing

Curvo could not process the meeting. Select Retry. If the recording has no audio, check the file and upload it again.

Cancelled

The meeting was cancelled. Nothing to do.

While the notetaker is on its way, a smaller label can show Joining now, In the waiting room, In the call, In the call, not recording, Not allowed to record, Left the call, Not admitted or Could not join. If it says In the waiting room, admit the notetaker from the call to start recording.

A meeting with no recording does not appear while Recorded only is on. To find it, open Past and turn that switch off.

Send the notetaker to a live call

  1. Select Instant Bot.

  2. Paste the full meeting URL into Join Link. Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams links work.

  3. Select Start Instant Meeting.

The meeting appears as "Instant meeting". It uses Realtime AI if your workspace has it, otherwise Notetaker.

Upload a recording or transcript

Select Upload, then choose Recording or Transcript. On a phone, use the plus button.

To upload a recording:

  1. Add an MP4 file of up to 2 GB. Curvo accepts MP4 only, even though the phone menu mentions audio files.

  2. Enter a Meeting title.

  3. Select Upload recording. The meeting then shows its processing status in the list.

To import a transcript:

  1. Add a file of up to 5 MB, or paste the text. The limit is 600,000 characters of text either way. Plain text, Word, PDF and CSV files work.

  2. Select Review transcript, check the passages and rename any speakers.

  3. Under Meeting, choose Existing for a past meeting with no recording or transcript, or New and enter a title and past date.

  4. Optionally choose a Deal, then set Visibility to Your team or Internal participants only.

  5. Select Import transcript. Curvo opens the meeting.

View-only seats cannot upload or use Instant Bot. Self-serve accounts without an active subscription can record a limited number of meetings, and Curvo shows the limit when it is reached.

Choose a deal

  1. In the Deal column, select Select deal, or the name of the current deal.

  2. Pick from the list or use Search a deal. Curvo's matches appear under AI suggested.

Remove deal unlinks the current deal. If a row shows Non-sales meeting, turn on Sales Meeting in the row's Settings to link a deal. The Deal column is hidden on small screens, so open the meeting to change the deal there. For more, see Deals.

The number on the sidebar

The number on Meetings counts the meetings you own that are waiting for deal review, leaving out meetings with capture set to Off. Curvo flags these when it needs you to confirm the deal. Each one has a blue dot on its deal control, or Needs review on a phone. The bell at the top of the page opens Notifications, which lists them. Choosing a deal or Remove deal clears the flag.

Settings on a row

Select Settings on a row. On a card in the Meetings tab, the Settings menu item works for recurring meetings only.
