How Curvo works

Curvo records your sales meetings and turns each one into a summary, a score and next steps. If your company has connected a CRM, it can write the results there, and its desktop app, Companion, gives you help during the call.
Capture
Curvo can capture a meeting in several ways. Your company's settings and your own setup decide which ones you use.
Way to capture | How it works | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
Notetaker | Joins meetings from your calendar about 3 minutes before the start time. The host may need to admit it | Needs a connected calendar and automatic scheduling on. Your workspace Owner sets which meetings qualify. See Set your company's recording policy |
Instant Bot | Sends the notetaker to a live call from a link you paste | Works with Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams |
Upload | Adds a recording of a meeting Curvo didn't attend | MP4 files up to 2 GB |
Companion | Records from your computer, with no bot in the call | Macs with Apple Silicon and 64-bit Windows. See Installing Companion |
Analysis
After the call, Curvo transcribes the recording, showing who said what, and analyses the transcript. The meeting's row shows each stage: Transcribing, Queued, Analysing, then Ready.
The results sit on the meeting page.
Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
Overview | Summary, framework score, next actions, top risks and participants. Sales meetings get the summary, score, actions and risks |
Your sales framework | Scores against your company's framework, on sales meetings only |
Notes | Agenda, key points and questions |
To-do | Actions from the call and your own to-dos |
Ask Curvo | A chat about this meeting. Available on selected workspaces |
Your workspace Owner picks the framework. For MEDDPICC, Curvo scores Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion and Competition. See Sales framework scoring and Your meeting analysis at a glance.
Who can open a meeting depends on its visibility and your role. See Who can see a meeting.
CRM sync
If your company has connected a CRM, Curvo writes a note after each meeting by default. The note holds a link back to the analysis, the date and duration, external participants, the meeting's purpose, key topics, takeaways, next steps and framework scores.
Your workspace Owner controls what gets written. For example, they can turn notes off or require approval before a meeting's update is pushed. The full transcript is off by default and only goes to HubSpot when connected directly. Curvo doesn't create deals or company records unless your Owner turns that on. See Connect your CRM and control what Curvo writes.
In-call guidance
During a call, Companion's live meeting view holds your notes, your company's discovery questions and your sales framework, which fills in as the call goes on. You can ask Curvo a question or use a one-click recipe, such as Next best question. See The live meeting view and Ask Curvo in Companion.
Available on selected workspaces: live nudges and playbook topics in Companion, and Realtime AI, which is a notetaker that also opens the live companion.
