Moments
In this article
Available on selected workspaces. Moments is a library of short video clips from your team's meetings, grouped by category so you can watch how a topic came up in real calls. You'll find it under Moments in the sidebar, with a Beta badge. If it isn't there, your company's Moments module is off.
The page has three tabs and a search box. It opens on Browse.
Browse
Browse shows your category cards along the top, each with its number of videos and total length. Below them you'll see Today's pick, Top clips this week and a section for each category.
Select a category card to see all its clips. On that page you can filter by Labels and sort by Most recent or Oldest.
Daily Digest
Daily Digest is a selection from yesterday's clips across your company, up to five at a time. Clips Curvo flags as sensitive are left out, and you only see clips you have access to. Some carry an Exemplar or Cautionary badge.
If yesterday had nothing to show, such as after a weekend, you'll see the most recent digest from the past 14 days, marked Showing digest from and the date.
Your Library
Your Library has three views, each with its own search:
View | What it shows |
|---|---|
Saved clips | Clips you've bookmarked. Select the bookmark icon while watching to save one |
History | The moments you can see, grouped by date. This doesn't track what you've watched |
Your clips | Clips you created, and clips from meetings you took part in |
Search
Type at least two characters into Search moments. You can search by meeting, deal, person or category, and narrow the results with the category buttons above them.
How categories work
Curvo assigns categories for you when it processes a meeting. It finds notable parts of the call, cuts each one into a clip and gives it a category, such as Discovery or Objection Handling, along with any labels that fit.
There's nothing to set up, and you don't choose or edit these categories. A category appears once it has clips you can see, and the busiest ones come first.
Create a clip
This needs a video recording.
Open the meeting and select Create Clip.
Set the start and end of the clip.
Select Create clip.
The clip appears in Your Library under Your clips. It doesn't appear in Browse or Daily Digest.
Who can see what
Moments follow the privacy of the meeting they came from. If you can open the meeting, you can watch its moments. See Who can see a meeting.
If you open a link to a moment you don't have access to, you'll see This moment is private:
Select Request access. Curvo emails the moment's owner, who is the person who created the clip or, for automatic clips, the meeting's organiser or owners.
The owner sees your request on the moment and selects Invite.
Curvo emails you when you've been invited.
An invitation covers that one moment and won't add it to your Browse page. The moment's owner, an Owner or a View-only Owner can invite people.
Comments
Anyone who can see a moment can comment on it, and use @ to mention a teammate. The owner and anyone you mention get an email. If the owner or an admin mentions someone who can't see the moment, that also invites them. To turn off these emails, go to Notifications and what Curvo sends you.
Sharing
Select Share on a moment to copy its link or send it by email. If you created the clip, you can also set link access to Restricted, for added people only, or Anyone with link, and choose when the link expires. Anyone with link means anyone who has the link can view the clip, including people outside your company.
